I once phoned because i had a substantial leak. They told me they would get somebody out but nobody appeared. When i phoned back later, they said they didn't have anyone available and that in should contact another plumber----Fantastic.

I had a policy with them and, when my drain was blocked, I contacted them. They made three different appointments on three different days to come and fix it and did not turn up for any of them, nor did they even have the courtesy to let me know they weren't coming. In the end I ended the policy because ,clearly, I was making a donation rather than paying for a service. I recently had a similar experience, contacted my home insurers and it was fixed inside 30 minutes. Google Homeserve Complaints if you want to see the real quality of this company's service.
