February 16 2012 at 8:16 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyI just sent £100 to the operatorby mistake. She responded ' do you want it reversed?' I said I would take it anyway she prefered. Best £100 I ever spent!
February 16 2012 at 7:05 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyAnother stupid idea and another way to get ripped off. If I owe somebody money, I'd rather pay them back personally , look them in the eye, and thank them without divulging any bank details or worrying about who's hacking into my phone.

Another good idea for all those crooks who love tecnology they will make millions and so will Barclays thieving from honest people. If you make a mistake it will be your fault and they will ring there hands and say not our fault wow another chance for the banks to make money out of honest folk.
Well you have been warned but there are some idoits out there who will think it is a good idea until they lose money
I bet the Nigerians are gonna love this!

Cue... "My uncle has left me £300,000 but I cannot access it. If you could transfer it by your phone via robbing baskets Barclays, then it would make me very happy.... sucker!!!"
wouldnt trust barclays anyway thjere not the brightest bunch of workers
February 16 2012 at 4:21 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyWell, this sums up the 'bigger-than-thou' attitude of western banks... "we did this for you"..."look at what we've done now for you.."... when places such 'not-as-powerful' Kenya have had this for quite some time. The best one they have over there (on Safari network, a Vodafone subsiduary) is the ability to transfer phone credit from one phone to another, so if you run our of credit you can get your family member or mate to lend you some by sending it direct to your phone (when you're on zero, you have an emergency FREE text to notify whoever you want to borrow from). Why dont they have THAT here, it'd be alot more useful?!!!
