there excuse for overilled bins was health and safety issues
absolute rubbish
if that is the case, why do you supply a platic container without a lid for glass?
My wife is epileptic, if she has a seizure and falls in this plastic container full of glass, I will certainly be taking them to court, without a doubt
over filled bins, fook me i have a wife , 4 kids , a dog and one bin which gets emptied once every two weeks no wonder mine always full could do with a skip.. what the hell do we pay council tax for

I sometimes wonder what callibre of morons we have running our local authorities. Nice easy job, nice easy money, nice free lunches.

I think I can see the fairness in all of this.
