I believe him. No bailout but,
SOS from Spain, need money fast maybe £500b for starters. I know what you are thinking, that this is a loan, wrong.
Why not call this a 'gift' but there is no german word as such! Panic, no, the Euro political elite mindset will resolve this in next few months. No rusk. Why? Loads of time to find an answer to a crisis.
UK can pay more in contributions to assist this elite mindset in reaching decisions!
