The government will make millions of pounds? Grow up???? some one explain it to him......

June 25 2012 at 3:16 PM Report abuse Permalink -4 rate up rate down ReplyOnce a gain the unions see a chance to show how greedy they are and also how little they care for their actual workers .
They sit on their fat backsides telling workers to strike and manage without wages while they sit in their shiny offices protected from reality . It is about time they took notice of the real world instead of their dream worlds .
The bus workers already get paid for the hours they do and overtime so why should they get extra just because the Olympics are on
Next we will have everyone on benefits in london demanding a £500 comensation claim because it is harder to get to the dole offices due to congestion because of the Oympics
Don't be silly.Open your mind. The governemnt will make billons of pounds in taxes as a direct result of the Olympics. It is only right that those who have to work to provide transport to get a bonus. Grow up.
June 25 2012 at 4:56 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyOlympic Games don't make money - period. Tax payers will foot the bill. Union ransoms are about damage to the economy and indirectly forcing the government to do their bidding. It is not about sharing the profit. I am already paying through my taxes and will not be visiting London events. Rip off.
June 25 2012 at 5:49 PM Report abuse Permalink -4 rate up rate downThe union cannot tell members to strike. The members vote democratically to strike or not to strike.
The officials officiate over, and facilitate, the proceedings legally, keeping everything and everyone within the law of the land.
If ever freedom and democracy were done away with in this country, THEN this would not be a decent place to live, so stop your whinging about people who do the REAL work in this country, the Salt of the Earth, and get off your high horses. Anyone would think you stuck-up lot came from a different planet !! You piss like us, you crap like us, you fart like us, you breathe the same air etc., etc., the only difference is, WE are real people, not jumped up, fantasizing egos on legs.
Time to crush and destroy the unions once and for all. They only have one agenda regardless of who is in power and that is to spread their anti British hate.
Remember how they nearly brought this country to its feet in WW2 with their open support for the Communist and Nazi parties. They are nothing short of thugs and it beggars belief in this day and age that the mindless sheep still support them.
Too many votes dependent on union members. Some unions do good work for members, but recently members who have failed the nation, like teachers hide behind their multiplicity of unions whinging that they want more. Education standards compared internationally are dire.
Enough said.
Don't give in to communists desperate to destroy our economy and move jobs overseas.
Sounds crazy, but that's what is happening.
Justifies yet again why I moved a business out of London. Never set foot in the place for 20 years.
Unlikely to again. Not missing much am I.
