once again the consumers being ripped off. whats up with these companies using the billions in profit they make , i mistakenly thought thats was what profits were for not lining there pockets with over the top bonuses for them & share holders.

I still think it a disgrace because that means we are all paying for something extra, so that profits do not fall for the shareholders and so provide those shareholders with no drop in payouts
I always thought maintenance came out of money taken then what is left is profit.
Perhaps it is me that is not living in the real world any more
