You know what its all about- money. Not enough put into staffing and therefore running on a skeleton type crew, knackered out staff so fed up with everything and to top it off maning customers who cannot see why the place is in such a state in the first place! As if they want bad press and to feel bad about the place they work in. No they do not! They want to feel a sense of pride in their jobs just like anybody else. Please do not blame the shop floor staff- look to the higher powers.
