No doubt the government will provide all the claimants with new laptops and free tuition. This will then provide more jobs and the jobless figures will reduce. It is a terrible idea.

Apart from the claimants not having access to a PC etc., have they learnt nothing from the recent bank computer fiascos where they were down for days. Hacking also an on-going problem in government systems.
I repeat ad nauseaum - gross stupidity.
