All the Eton Oxford Harrow and Cambridge Knobs of this world isn't it great that we live in a democracy ha ha I don't think.
REVOULTION ANYONE???!! Oh hang on did I say that what's that knock at the door oh I know the thought police see you on the other side everyone Comrade Colonel Cameron is calling!!
Remember, remember the lying Lib/Demer, Remember their treacherous plot,
I see plenty of reason during the comming season to burn the whole bloody lot.
i quite like certain aspects of the reforms ...There are many small businesses with fair bosses out there y too!! they have to put up with too many procrastinating employees that think the world owes them everything they toot along and finish their work on the dot and not a minute more, moaning at how they hate work, and pull a sickey too often knowing that they will take their boss to tribunial at the flip of a switch if they get any type of warning or indeed the sack if they simply are not actually doing their job that they should be doing!! There are people that i personally know that have had a hard time in their own small business that are afraid to even tell someone off due to the suing nation...Employees have the moment have got it good, if they are doing their job properly then what is the worry about!!

September 16 2012 at 8:09 AM Report abuse Permalink +6 rate up rate down ReplyMy wife retired a year ago. I retired about four years ago. I observed what went on during the last few years of my wife`s employment and what happened to her, I think is happening all over the workplace. It goes something like this.
" Hello Fred. We are bringing in production targets. We have looked closely at what you do and we think that 100 units per week is very fair. If you produce more than 100 units you will get a bonus.
Fred then asks how the figure of 100 units is arrived at.
" Hi Fred! We are basing your target of 100 units on our opinion as professional managers.
Fred then works all out and produces 130 units per week.
"Hi Fred! We reviewed your targets. We feel that the original target of 100 units is too low and we have upped it to 125 units per week."
Fred`s pay is now significantly reduced and he does not work quite has hard as he did before. He becomes stressed because he has to work flat out all the time and gets no extra pay. His supervisor gets a new BMW.
"Hi Fred! We have had another review of your targets and because we are in a little trouble (and your supervisor`s BMW needs to be paid for) and we have upped your target to 140 units per week.
Fred now finds it is physically impossible to produce/sell 140 units per week.
"Hi Fred! Look I`m sorry but your are just not meeting your target. I`m afraid that the matter has been referred to the smiling psychopaths in (in)Human Resources."
Fred then goes on medication for stress............

When Britain singed up with the EU they omitted some working time rules, But not all and he should have been told this by his researchers.
Or maybe he think's he is above european working regulations?
And on top of all that theres a humam rights issue!!! If an employer bully's and or exploits staff then that is infrigement of that persons hunan rights !!! And if this person fights and wins then the goernment is left open to attack and many compensation claims will follow via european courts.
