I hope that they will invest some of their profit into customer care.
I travel evey year with my family (6-10 people, depending upon circumstances) - used Ryanair once never again.
Don't forget that you are putting money into that idiotic egotistical Irish twats pockets!!!!!
Good luck for them. After one awful experience, would never ever travel with them again.
