I ordered five CDs from HMV just before they appeared to go t*ts up - four arrived but the fifth is lost in the ether. It bugs me that they are still trading but their website has been closed - hence I cannot pursue the shortcoming.
Bearing in mind the fiasco with the gift vouchers, if this is the way they are going to treat customer, I hope they sink into oblivion. Pity about the staff but we all have problems.
